Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Custom Orders: If your order includes customization, please allow an additional week for processing. Shipping Time: As we ship globally, delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey across the globe.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email titled “Your SILKSPEED Order has Shipped,” which includes your tracking number and a direct link. You can also log in to your account on our website to view the real-time status under “My Orders.”

It’s possible. As a global company, our products are shipped from our production base in China. Depending on your country’s customs policies, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. Standard Orders: Once an order enters the processing stage, we are unable to make any modifications. Custom Orders: Once production has begun on a custom order, it cannot be modified or canceled.

We understand that clear policies are essential for international shopping. Because we absorb the high cost of offering Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

  1. Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your product.
  2. Product Condition: Items must be in new, original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and suitable for resale.

Shipping Costs:

  1. Returns: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., you dislike the item, chose the wrong color), you will be responsible for the international shipping cost to return the item to our warehouse in China.
  2. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Once we receive and inspect it, we will ship your new item to you free of charge.
  3. Quality Issues: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will cover all associated shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. All Customized Items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. For hygiene reasons, Skivvies (base layers) are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
